 This home is perfect for large family gatherings or corporate events. With 6 bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa in a loft den, 6.5 bathrooms (one handicap access bathroom), this home sleeps 17 people with ease.  One Ocean is a three-story reverse floor plan home with elevator, four bedrooms on the first floor (two masters), third master on second floor along with an incredible open floor plan kitchen, living and dining room, and a sixth bedroom and loft den with sleeper sofa on the third floor.  All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Fully renovated in 2023, with modern and luxurious furnishings, spa bathrooms, 65 inch and 70 inch TVs in the living room and lofted den and with TVs and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. 

 The first floor also features an extra-large washer and drier (detergent supplied) and coffee and refrigerator bar. An additional washer and drier is exclusive to the third floor double queen room as part of the en-suite bathroom.  Two Keurig machines and a variety of pods are provided in the kitchen and first floor coffee bar. 

 The spacious chef's kitchen features polished quartz countertops, new appliances, and is outfitted with everything you need to cook gourmet meals. Ocean views from the main living areas and bedrooms at the front of the house, with the ocean just across the street (approx. 100 feet to the sand).  The dining room and kitchen feature modern elegance with seating for 16 people and additional seating on the front deck with ocean views.

 The back yard has a private pool, lounge chairs and multiple seating areas and a gourmet propane grill.  Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided in the under-house guest storage along with a variety of beach games and boogie boards.

 The driveway and under-house parking provide space for up to 7 vehicles.

 All you need to enjoy a luxurious beach getaway is your clothes and bathing suit!
